All SYNCO products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for urgent electronic needs within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for opened devices?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If the device has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, SYNCO ships to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
How can I track my order status?
